New Revision 3 of the compact Marcduino board for the R2 Builders Club.

Changes include:
- New layout now with support for all 13 dome panels
- Better less crowded header spacing for servos.
- Supports serial connection of the Magic Panel (using Neil’s Magic Panel firmware update)
- The option to run separate power to the servos by changing a jumper and using the 2nd power input.
- all changes packed into the same small footprint as the original 1.5 boards

It is designed to run the new updated 2021 Version 3 firmware and later only.
